If your activities differ from those indicated in the questionnaire, please send an email to the CBS Contact Center with ‘Incorrect SIC code’ in the subject line. Please include your correspondence number and company details in the email, along with a description of the activities that do apply to your company. If necessary, you will be issued with a new questionnaire.
