Not in the labour force (12-hours threshold)

People who don't have paid work or for less than twelve hours per week and who didn't recently look for paid work for twelve hours or more per week or are not directly available for it.
This definition of the people not in the labour force was used in publications of Statistics Netherlands until 2015. The definition concerns people who live in the Netherlands (excluding the institutionalized population). The figures are usually presented for the population aged 15 to 65 years old.
