Medical intervention shortening a patient’s life without the patient’s explicit request

Medical decision at the end of life in which the medical doctor reports that:
- the patient’s death resulted from a treatment prescribed or administered by her/him or a colleague with the explicit aim to speed up the end of life, and
- the decision was not made at the explicit request of the patient.
