Light moped

Vehicle with two wheels capable of a maximum speed of 25 km/h.
These may be moped and scooter style vehicles.
The scooter model has small broad wheels, and the driver's feet are placed between handlebars and saddle. Includes bicycles with an electric motor, with the exception of those with power assist. As the term "Motorised bicycle" is not a separate legal category, these vehicles are legally classified as mopeds.
