Industrial waste

Material of little value to the company that the company wants to dispose of (Environmental Management Act, C.1, art. 1.1).
Exceptions are:
radioactive waste; hazardous waste registered with the Dutch Waste Administration Office (LMA); construction and demolition waste; ashes from incineration of own waste within the company; and waste discharged into water or emitted into the air.
