Study migrants

Non-Dutch nationals who come to the Netherlands in order to study at an institution of secondary education, secondary vocational education, higher vocational education or university.

The main requirements are that the student is (provisionally) enrolled at an educational institution designated by the Dutch government and that the study is based on a daily programme of education.
