‘Respondents who wanted to move house’ met one of the following criteria:
- indicated that they definitely wanted to move out within two years (within the Netherlands), or
- indicated that they wanted to move house within two years (within the Netherlands), but could not find a place to live despite having been actively searching in the previous six months.
