The young person stays with a youth care provider on the basis of an authorisation for secured youth care or on the basis of an authorisation under the Dutch Act on Special Admission to Psychiatric Hospitals (BOPZ, effective until 2019) or an authorisation under the Dutch Compulsory Mental Health Care Act (Wvggz, effective from 2020). PGB-funded youth care is not included in this.
