This includes all registered plug-in electric cars less than one year old. On 1 January 2021, this included all plug-in electric vehicles manufactured in 2020. In addition to new sales, vehicles manufactured in 2020 from business inventories are included as well as vehicles which were imported, exported or demolished during 2020.
