The Monitor examines whether population groups deviate from the national average. If this is the case, the group concerned is assigned a colour: green if it has significantly higher well-being and red if well-being is significantly lower. The colours are assigned for 2019 and 2020. The colour distributions for the two years are then compared. If the colour remains the same, this does not necessarily mean that nothing has changed in the underlying data, or in the deviation from the average. These changes may occur without this resulting is a change in colour. All underlying data can be found in the data table for chapter 3 of the Monitor of Well-being and the SDGs.
