In the 2020 statistical year, the coronavirus crisis disrupted the observation for the Health Survey. It became impossible to conduct survey interviews in private homes, so responses were merely gathered through online surveys. Therefore, the weighting model of the National Health Survey was adjusted for the year 2020 in order to accommodate for this change. This involved the use of time series models, which allowed for corrections as a result of the omissions in observations. This still allowed for the best possible comparison of figures with previous years.
