Hourly wages

The hourly wages are the contractual gross wages (excluding bonuses and overtime, but including the fiscal value of taxable non-monetised remunerations) per hour paid (excluding overtime and hours of leave due to vacations, general holidays and ADV reduced working hours).

The hourly wage per job is calculated by dividing the sum of wages earned in a certain period by the number of hours worked in that period. Subsequently, the jobs in all hourly wage categories are added together.
