Goods which enter the Netherlands and are transported out of the country again after undergoing only minimal or no processing. The goods do not become property of a Dutch resident at any stage. The goods may go through customs clearance, be transhipped to any other mode of transport or be placed under temporary storage e.g. in a customs warehouse. Not included is transit without transhipment on Dutch territory.
