The Personal Well-being Index (PWI) gives a summary overview of people’s assessment of various spheres of life (Van Beuningen, Jol and Moonen, 2015). The PWI includes indicators that show satisfaction levels regarding financial situation, work, daily activities, education opportunities, physical and mental health, social life and living environment. In addition, it has indicators showing their concerns over their financial future, feelings of unsafety, and the level of trust in judiciary, police and Parliament.
