Companies in the Netherlands controlled by a foreign-controlled institutional unit.

Foreign control

Domestic/foreign company classified by the country where ultimate control takes place. The Ultimate Controlling Institutional Unit (UCI) is defined as the company, up the chain of the Dutch company’s control, which is not under control of another company. Foreign control means that the country where the UCI is established is a different country than the Netherlands.
