The price index of owner-occupied dwellings (excluding new constructions), reflects price developments on the housing market. The price index shows price changes in the Dutch dwelling stock. Houses included in the Dutch dwelling stock must be built on Dutch territory and be sold to private individuals. Rental homes sold to non-private buyers and newly-built houses are not included.
