Each EU member state has its own specific targets for 2020. In the first figure presented in this article, the Dutch performance and the EU performance are compared to the Dutch targets. The targets set for poverty or social exclusion are not taken into account. With respect to these targets, the EU performance can only be compared to the EU target.
