For the safety monitor, people aged 15 years and older were asked whether they had been the victim of fraud when buying or selling goods or services online (i.e. goods or services paid for were not delivered, or goods/services were supplied but not paid for) in the twelve months preceding the interview. In the ICT survey, people aged 12 years and older were asked about their online shopping behaviour. The percentages of online shoppers used for this article include those aged 15 years and older who had purchased goods/services online in the 12 months preceding the survey. Back to article
