Refers to accounts on one of the following social media:

  • Social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Hyves and Yammer;
  • Blogs or micro blogs like Twitter;
  •  Websites sharing multimedia (footages, photos), e.g. YouTube, Flickr and Picasa;
  •  Wiki-based means to share information and knowledge.

Not included is the use of social media exclusively for paid advertisements.
