Food for thought. Dietary and health trends in the Netherlands
Many older people in the Netherlands still remember times of food shortage. Today’s supermarkets, specialist food shops and market stalls sell an unprecedented range of products. At the same time, food accounts for a smaller and smaller part of household spending.

These questions and many more are examined in Statistics Netherlands' unique overview of food and health in the Netherlands.
