Substantial fall in private sector investments

In April 2012, the volume of private sector investments in tangible fixed assets was 6 percent down on April 2011. The decrease was slightly larger than in February and March (4 and 5 percent respectively).

Figures on private sector investments are not adjusted for the effect of the number of working days. In 2012, both April and March had one working day fewer than in 2011.

The Investment Radar shows the development of the circumstances for Dutch private sector investments. In June, it showed a mixed picture.
