Cabotage transport
Cabotage transport is defined as carriage of cargo between two points within a country by a vessel or vehicle registered in another country.
In cabotage transport by Dutch hauliers, the locations where the cargo is loaded and unloaded are situated in one and the same country other than the Netherlands.
