Annual wage

The annual wage is the gross wage, including the tax value of compensation in kind plus overtime pay. The taxed personal advantage of a company car is not included in the annual wage amount.

Figures presented in this article are taken from the Employment and Wages Survey and based upon data provided by the private sector. It concerns amounts actually paid out, unlike collectively negotiated wages, which are based upon agreements negotiated between employers and employees.
