(Former) entrepreneurs

A human (individual), who is recognised by law as a legal subject and therefore bears legal rights and duties and who is or has been engaged in business activities.

The term business activities refers to people in independent professions or concern those activities. A case is assumed to concern a business if, in the five years prior to starting the debt restructuring plan, the debtor has practised an independent profession and at least 20 percent of the debt ensues from practising that profession.
