Temp hours stage A, B and C

A temp worker who works for a temp agency for a long period passes through three stages:
The first contract for a certain time is known as stage A and lasts for 78 weeks. Hours worked in this period are defined as temp hours.
Stage B numbers 104 weeks. During stage B, the temp worker has a regular contract with the temp agency for a limited period.
After these 182 weeks, stage C takes effect, a contract for an indefinite period of time at the temp agency. The hours worked in stage B and C is also called posting.

During stage A it is easier for both parties to terminate a contract than in stages B and stage C.
