Holiday home complex

A holiday home complex has at least twenty beds available and consists of a number of summer cottages, (holiday) homes or (holiday) flats available for letting. Holiday bungalows or summer cottages also include flats without hotel services, often as part of a larger building.

The term holiday home complex does not include:
- complexes of second houses owned privately and not available for letting;
- complexes of flats leased for hotel services; they are regarded as (flat)hotels.
