Re-exported goods are imported into the Netherlands and subsequently exported without being subjected to any kind of further processing. These goods have to be passed into ownership of a Dutch resident. Exports of goods previously imported into the Netherlands, which are not transferred to a Dutch resident, are defined as transit trade.
