Labour participation of couples

For statements about the labour participation rate in couples, households consisting of two persons aged between 15 and 65 are monitored. Couples are only taken into account if at least one of the partners belongs to the employed labour force. The employed labour force covers all people having paid jobs of at least twelve hours a week.
