Problem districts

The forty problem districts as designated by government minister Ellen Vogelaar (Housing, Communities and Integration) in the project: From Problem District to Show District that she presented to the House of Representatives in mid--2007. Statistics Netherlands is following the progress in these districts by means of a monitor with 27 indicators in the areas of housing, work, education, safety, population, integration and debt problems.
