The Environmental Planning Office is the result of a merger between the Netherlands Institute for Spatial Research (RPB) and the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (MNP). The calculations of the Planning Office for the Monitor Document Space only include completely known addresses. The calculations used for this article also include incomplete addresses if, for instance, only the postal or neighbourhood code is known. The two methods result in a difference of 1 percent.
