Attending education

All persons attending regular education when the survey was conducted are left out of account in this article. Their highest level at the moment the survey was conducted is likely to be lower than their final level as they were still pursuing education.

The education level in the younger population is rising, if those still attending education are not taken into account. People aged between 15 and 25 are relatively often still attending some form of schooling or training.
