Energy tax on electricity

2006: 7.05 eurocent/kWh
2007: 7.16 eurocent/kWh
2008 January-June: 7.27 eurocent/kWh
2008 from July: 7.52 eurocent/kWh
2009: 10.85 eurocent/kWh
2010: 11.14 eurocent/kWh
2011: 11.21 eurocent/kWh
2012: 11.40 eurocent/kWh

Energy tax on gas

2006: 15.07 eurocent/m3
2007: 15.31 eurocent/m3
2008: 15.54 eurocent/m3
2009: 15.80 eurocent/m3
2010: 16.29 eurocent/m3
2011: 16.39 eurocent/m3
2012: 16.67 eurocent/m3

Tax reduction

This is a set amount that is subtracted from the energy bill. Until 2008 the total amount applied to both electricity and gas. From 2008 it applies only to electricity.
