Indirect real estate

Indirect real estate consists of minority shares in Dutch (e.g. Corio, Rodamco, Vastned, Wereldhave) as well as foreign real estate investment companies.

Direct real estate investment includes investment in:

  • residential real estate;
  • offices and shops;
  • rural estates (land, farms, recreation parks, estates, nature reserves and building sites)
  • other immovables (factories, garages, parking lots and holiday parks).
