Dutch development aid

This is expenditure for development cooperation that is directly paid from the government budget, minus restitutions on previous expenditure and repayments received of loans for development aid.

Also taken into account are: the 6 percent of the EU budget for development cooperation that is paid by the Netherlands, and the Dutch contribution in debt cancellation for poor countries.
