Change in purchasing power

The change in a person’s purchasing power is calculated on the basis of the percentage change of the inflation-corrected purchasing power in two consecutive years.

The change in purchasing power of a group is determined by calculating the average or median of all individual changes in purchasing power of all group members in two consecutive years.
