Level of education

Levels of education are based on the standard education classification:
• Low: primary education.
• Low: junior and first stage secondary education (mavo, vmbo).
• Intermediate: senior and second stage secondary (havo, vwo, mbo).
• High: higher professional education (hbo) and university (wo).
