Residential neighbourhoods

Municipalities are divided into districts and neighbourhoods, Neighbourhoods are the lowest regional level and are delineated along lines of planning or social-economic structure.  
Districts are composed of one or more contiguous neighbourhoods.
This study is based on neighbourhoods and districts where more than 200 households live. People living in homes and institutions are not included.
