Foreign companies

A foreign company is defined as a company domiciled in the Netherlands, of which 50 percent or more of the share capital is owned by companies domiciled outside the Netherlands.

A Dutch company is a company domiciled in the Netherlands of which 50 percent or more of the share capital is owned by companies domiciled in the Netherlands.
