The figures for the Netherlands refer to companies with 10 or more employees in the sectors:

• Energy and water companies
• Construction
• Trade and repairs
• Hotels and restaurants
• Transport, storage and communication
• Business services
• Health care and welfare
• Other services.

The companies are registered in the Netherlands, and include Dutch subsidiaries of foreign companies.
