Work-related accidents

A work-related accident happens suddenly, unintentionally and unexpected, results in a physical injury and does not involve intentional violence or food poisoning.
A work-related accident occurs during paid working hours.  Accidents which occur on the way to or from the working place are not included. Road accidents which occur during working hours are included. The figures published in this article are based on the Labour Force Survey
