New establishments

A new establishment is the creation of a new company, in which at least one person works for at least 15 hours a week.

The following are not cases of new establishments:
-  the continuation of one or more existing companies;
-  merger or separation of existing companies or company; 
-  takeovers;
-  part of existing company becomes autonomous;
-  change of name;
-  change of legal form;
-  change of ownership;
-  gradual change of activity;
-  new location, but same market.
