Flexible contracts

People working on a flexible contract (flex workers) are not employed on a permanent basis. They have a temporary contract (less than one year) or a contract without a previously agreed number of working hours.

Flex workers can be categorised by type of contract:
- temps;
- stand-by and substitute workers;
- persons working on a temporary contract.
