My output has been withheld, what should I do now?
If the output has been (partially) withheld, you will receive an explanation and information via email on what needs to be adjusted. If you have any questions about the reason for withholding, you can first ask them in a reply to this email. You can then place the adjusted output back in the export folder. There will be no charge for the control of the adjusted output once; for the control of any subsequent adjustments of the same output, regular costs will be charged from 2025.
