CBS Provincial Data Center/Limburg
The provincial government is aiming to adopt a more data-driven approach. Setting up a data centre at provincial level also fits in with the transfer of responsibilities from central to provincial government level. In addition, this is an opportunity for CBS to start active collaboration at all different levels (central, provincial and municipal) with respect to data-related policy issues. This will allow comparison and aggregation of information at all different levels. After all, the bulk of information will be based on CBS data, which is consistently underpinned by the same definitions.
