Passenger cars by company characteristics, 2019-2022
These tables were developed by the Traffic and transport department of Statistics Netherlands as part of the EU Grant 'SMP-ESS-2021-EGD-IBA — Statistics for the European Green Deal' and contain the number of passenger cars divided by fuel and type of end user (company and private). For company cars, a breakdown has been made by sector and company size.
Multiple sources were combined to generate information about which types of companies (i.e. which type of industry and size of the company) own a high or low number of zero-emission cars and how this relates to other fuels. Zero-emission cars comprise Full Electric Vehicles (FEV) and Plug-in Hybrids (PHEV).
