Family businesses in the Netherlands

With a financial contribution from the European Union's COSME Program (2014-2020), Statistics Netherlands has worked on new statistical material on family businesses in the Netherlands. This publication of Statistics Netherlands on family businesses, presents an image of the importance of family businesses for the Dutch economy.

In addition to turnover, the results of this research provide insight into the number of businesses, value added, the number of employee jobs and their characteristics.
