The Material Flow Monitor 2016 provides insight into the physical material flows (in kilos) to, from and within the Dutch economy.
These statistics give a macroeconomic view on material flows in the Netherlands. Detailed tables with supply and use of goods by different sectors are compiled. Physical supply and use tables are in million kilos and are comparable with economic figures such as GDP. Indicators regarding Circular Economy can be derived from this dataset. This project is financed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy of the Netherlands.
