Improving the understanding of innovation by using test techniques

This paper by Vincent Fructuoso van der Veen presents the relevance of test techniques for innovation research. The paper is a result of participating in the OECD microdataproject on innovation indicators. By using test techniques, our understanding of innovation constructs improves; this was concluded after exploring innovation constructs with HOMALS, Factor Analysis and general scaling principals.
