Eightfold increase

The increase concerns shipping of petroleum from Russian ports. In 2000 a large part of crude petroleum from Russia originated from one of the neighbouring former Soviet republics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). In 2006 Russian most oil was shipped from Russian ports.
