NA/68 (part I) A Social Accounting Matrix for the Netherlands, concepts and results

Timmerman, Jolanda G. and Peter J.M. van de Ven (1994). In this paper a Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) for the Netherlands is presented. Two years are covered: 1988 and 1990. The SAM is an integrated data framework based on national accounts extended with information on distribution of income, consumption and wealth among household. Furthermore, labour income and employment are subdivided into several labour categories.
